IRF Strategic Plan for Rogaining

One of the core functions of the International Rogaining Federation is to work with all rogaining countries to develop and monitor a Strategic Plan for the sport. This is updated about each 5 years.

The development of our current plan involved a large number of rogainers worldwide for most of 2006. The following rogainers and many others assisted in some way:
